Introduction to stainless steel square tube drawing process
In recent years, customers have paid more and more attention to the surface treatment of stainless steel square tubes. So, what are the surface treatment processes for stainless steel square pipes? Our common surface treatment processes include: wire drawing, mirror surface, sandblasting, titanium plating, etching, anti-fingerprint, etc. This article mainly introduces the drawing process of stainless steel square tubes, which not only has a beautiful appearance, but also has corrosion resistance, and even incorporates some fashionable and scientific elements. In fact, stretching is divided into several processes, namely: straight stretching, random stretching, thread stretching, corrugated stretching and spiral stretching.
1. Straight drawing: a straight line processed by friction on the surface of a stainless steel square tube. Among them, straight wire drawing can be divided into continuous wire and intermittent wire.
Continuously rub the stainless steel surface with a scouring pad or stainless steel brush to obtain a continuous silk pattern. By changing the wire diameter of the stainless steel brush, grains of different thicknesses can be obtained.
In addition, intermittent lines are usually processed on a brush coating machine. Manufacturing principle: Two sets of differential wheels rotating in the same direction are used. The upper set is a fast-rotating grinding roller, and the lower set is a slow-rotating rubber roller. The stainless steel plate passes through the two sets of rollers and is brushed with small intermittent straight lines.
2. Random selection: Made of high-speed copper wire brush. By rubbing the metal back and forth from left to right, an irregular and unobtrusive pattern of matte silk will be obtained. This kind of treatment usually has high requirements on the metal surface.
3. Corrugated wire drawing: usually performed on a polishing machine and a grain polishing machine. By using the axial movement of the upper grinding roller group and brushing on the surface of the stainless steel square tube, the waveform can be obtained.
4. Spiral wire drawing: It is a silk pattern obtained by installing a cylindrical felt or nylon grinding wheel on a drilling machine, then mixing polishing paste with kerosene, and then rotating and polishing the metal surface. Often used for decorative treatments on circular logos and small decorative dials.
5. Wire drawing: Use a small motor with a round felt on the shaft, and then fix it on the table at an angle of about 60 degrees to the edge of the table. Then make a pallet out of fixed metal battens and stick a layer of polyester film with straight lines on it to limit the width of the line. Using the rotation of the felt and the linear motion of the carriage, thread lines of equal width will appear on the metal surface.
