2, in the production process only analysis of sodium nitrate content is not less than 8%.In the salt bath furnace, the temperature is 450 ~ 470℃, the time is 5 minutes for ferritic stainless steel, 30 minutes for austenitic stainless steel.

3, stainless steel tube above the iron oxide and spinel can also be oxidized by nitrate, into loose trivalence of iron oxide, easy to be removed when pickling, due to the role of high temperature, the formation of oxide part peeling, sunk to the bottom of the bath furnace in the form of sediment.

4, alkaline nitrate melt pretreatment process.Molted salt treatment is not suitable for the combination of weld gap or rolled edge. When the parts are taken out of the molten salt furnace, a stream of irritating alkali and salt mist will be splashed, so deep well anti-splash water quenching groove should be used when water quenching.

After removing the oxide scale, we can strengthen the maintenance of the stainless steel tube, and remove the excess impurities and wipe them clean in time.The usual maintenance must be done in place, because it is related to the service life of the pipe.
